Just got home from a mission to Nauvoo. Going to school at UVU. My sister is Mik'L and Brother-in-law is Clyde.
Miller and I ran a 7 mile loop. It was sooooo hot! We stopped and drank out of sprinklers at Timpview High. It felt good though.
Ran the 7 mile loop again. I left about noon so I thought it would be too hot to run that long but it was good. Took my 1 hour and 1 minute.
Got up early this morning. It was a good run. I little over 8 min miles.
